Futur.Shock x Outputs

Season Five Opening Party

Futur.Shock launches its fifth season during Frieze Week in collaboration with curatorial platform Outputs. The programme embodies resilience, healing, defiance, and multiplicity, inviting audiences to confront life’s complexities through bold, uncompromising approaches to contemporary art and performance.

This event fuses cutting-edge sound, movement, and visual art within London’s most progressive club space, FOLD, for an intimate, high-energy celebration at the intersection of art and nightlife. Showcasing recurring artists from both Futur.Shock and Outputs it reflects and celebrates the shared ethos of these platforms and their commitment to boundary-pushing programming.

Line-up:

Aja Ireland - Acclaimed sound and performance artist channeling visceral deconstructed club and experimental bass with cathartic intensity.

Eddie Peake - DJ set blending eclectic rhythms with charged compositions from his multidisciplinary performance practice.

ELIXIR summons an otherworldly matrix of metallic punk experimental electronics with dense bass driven healing frequencies. Live, she emerges in elusive alien form, igniting a dystopian high voltage sci-fi sonic visual performance experience.

Haroon Mirza - Installation & DJ set weaving sound, light, and interference into an ethereal immersive experience.

Ivy Lab - Acclaimed genre-blurring duo delivering an ethereal, experimental DJ set of ambient textures and forward-thinking bass, transforming the dance floor into an immersive soundscape.

Magnus Westwell - Scottish artist, composer and choreographer creating visceral performances that explore cathartic transformation through embodied sound.

Malthus, Audio - visual artist combining boundary-breaking club sounds with elements of avant-pop, rap and classical in a dynamic live show.

Mark Lecky - Seminal artist/DJ delivering a raw, unpredictable mix drawn from subcultural archives and rave history.

This edition pushes the format into bolder, unfamiliar territory.
